Derek Carr and Davante Adams connect early on for a touchdown in Week 2 against the Arizona Cardinals

After a disappointing Week 1 result in Los Angeles, the Las Vegas Raiders are looking to get in the win column this week as they host the Arizona Cardinals.

And it didn’t take long for the Raiders to find the end zone.

Derek Carr hit Davante Adams for a one-yard touchdown early in the first quarter, giving the Raiders a quick 7-0 lead:

Adams has his grandparents in attendance for Sunday’s game, so this touchdown is a little more special for him:

It’s the second touchdown reception for Adams on the young season and his connection with Carr appears to be good so far. Let’s hope the Raiders can see these two connect some more here in this game.
