Could the Oregon Ducks be on their way out of the Pac-12? The latest report suggests they want to join the Big Ten

The story of the college football offseason has been centered around conference realignment and things got off to a big start with USC and UCLA bolting the Pac-12 to join the Big Ten. And now a Pac-12 foe could soon be on their way to joining them: The Oregon Ducks

Per Brett McMurphy of Action Network, the Oregon Ducks initiated preliminary discussions in Chicago w/Big Ten to determine if Ducks are compatible in B1G:

But here’s the thing. Michael Schill, Rob Mullens, and Kevin Warren were NOT involved in the discussions that happened in Chicago. So what is going on?

It’s clear that the college football landscape is trending toward at least two major conferences and potentially three for the near future. And if you’re a team that is on the outside looking in, you might be in some trouble.

This is certainly something to watch for the Pac-12 as things continue to heat up.
