The Golden Knights have some issues to fix before the season but one analyst is already ruling them out

The Las Vegas Golden Knights ended the 2021-22 season with disappointment, missing out on the playoffs after acquiring Jack Eichel to set up a postseason run.

Now, going into the 2022-23 season there are big question marks about the roster, especially at goalie with Robin Lehner out for the year. The Knights have to find a solution ASAP or the season can go down hill in a hurry.

And one radio analyst believes the season is already done.

Overdrive host Bryan Hayes on TSN1050 Toronto had this to say about the Golden Knights via SinBin:

Your season is done. I credit them for what they accomplished that first season. Ever since that success they’ve been drunken sailors. They’re in video game GM mode. Trade this guy, sign that guy, don’t need that guy, dump that guy, trade this pick, trade that prospect. It’s karma in a way, you’ve been too reckless.

That’s rough.

Look, we understand that the Knights aren’t in a great situation here and the run they had to start the franchise was impressive. But the season hasn’t even started yet and there’s plenty of time to fix this.

However, fixing it is going to be the tough part and a big task for general manager Kelly McCrimmon.
